Joining the Working Well Network…
You are warmly invited to join the Working Well Network. The Network is open to anyone, and you are free to come to sessions as a one off experience, or to come along regularly.
We meet every two months to learn together, usually focusing on a particular topic. We call these our Learning Network meetings. Recent topics have included exploring how grief, failure and love show up in our working spaces, for example, and what that means for our work for change.
Learning Network meetings are held on Zoom and incorporate a mixture of personal experience and reflection, alongside collective sharing.
Everything in the sessions is an invitation; you are free to join in or to simply observe.
Learning Network meetings are held on the third Friday of every two months, from 10.30am to 12pm UK time. To join, fill out this contact form for further information and a calendar invitation.
Other Network Opportunities
If you would like to become more involved with the Network, you can also join our Action Network meetings where we put our explorations into practice.
Taking the Working Well Network as a living example, we experiment with different approaches to the ins and outs of delivering environmental work, such as distributing resources, creating strategic plans, fundraising, and developing new projects.
We both do this work together, and then step back to reflect on the experience and what it means for environmental work more widely.
The Action Network also meets on the third Friday at 10.30am-12pm, on the months in between Learning Network meetings.
The Network also partners with other organisations to deliver particular projects, or to help an organisation facing challenges relating to culture. You can read more about the Network’s partnership work here.
There are sometimes other opportunities to be involved in the network, such as one off workshops or gatherings, which we email members about as they arise. Please let us know via this contact form if you would like to be notified about these opportunities.
